My VIP days offer an accelerated coaching experience for the woman who wants a clear plan of action and the support to get the results she’s craving in life and business. Guests have the chance to join us in person at one of our luxury locations for group VIP days, or—better yet, they can choose our private, 1:1 option which also includes a month of coaching support. You can work with me on all things money, mindset, business and strategy, and my husband James on high performance to get clarity around your goals and how to reach them.

3. Through My 1:1 Coaching
And finally (saving the best ‘til last) you can choose to work with me privately (in-person or virtually) to achieve your goals more quickly and efficiently. I offer month-long coaching, annual coaching and everything in between. I can also work with teams and support them on their money mindset so they increase sales and get more traction for your company. As you can see, this is tailored to what you want and need.

But… although I am available to work with in these three ways, I’ve received a lot of inquiries about my 1:1 coaching for 2022 recently, and so I have decided to zero in on that offering in this blog post, so that people curious about what it would look like to be mentored by me privately can think about and feel into whether it might be a fit for them.
I work with a limited number of high-caliber clients each year who are serious about creating shifts, changes, and massive transformation. You have the option to coach annually (with hour-long calls 3x a month) or opt for a month of coaching (with 4x calls)—but if either of these options don’t work for you, I’m adaptable and willing to work out a bespoke package that will suit your unique needs. If you decide to coach with me, as well as your call, you receive Voxer and email support so your questions/queries/concerns—but the best part about 1:1 coaching is that you get the benefit of having my expertised eyes on every area of your life and business. You’re probably wondering exactly what I teach…
Because of the nature of business, I don’t have a signature process that I follow with every single coaching client. I’ve found from mentoring a variety of people with varying industries, skills, and desires that one size doesn’t fit all. Every business is as different as its owner—which is where the beauty of this container lies, as you get guidance that’s totally tailored to you and your specific wants and needs.
That said, I do, of course, have areas of focus that I cover with my clients to ensure that they’re taking a comprehensive approach to building the business of their dreams, and that’s what I’m going to dive into in this post.
Over the years of building my own multi-million dollar company and helping countless high-caliber clients scale theirs to 7 figures and beyond too, I’ve learned that these are the areas in which people need the most support.
Ok, let’s dive in…
First things first, it probably goes without saying that I have a firm focus on mindset. This is something you must master if you want to succeed at anything—and with goals as big as yours, you really can’t afford to skip this. We’ll cover how to feel worthy and deserving of all that you desire, and how to deal with the limiting beliefs that are blocking you from abundance. I’ll also teach you how to foster resilience so that you have the strength you need to break through to new levels, and the power to keep going when the going gets tough.
2. Meaning and Purpose
My manifesto is that anything you desire is meant for you and more than possible. But unless you’re able to get really clear on what makes you tick, you’re not going to be able to turn your dreams into a reality. That’s why as part of my 1:1 coaching container, I delve into meaning and purpose and help you define your vision and mission. Knowing what you’re passionate about is one thing, but understanding how that translates into something that can help other people is quite another. Your work has to feel aligned—your happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment depend on it.
I believe that wealth is your birthright. This pillar, of course, includes a lot of mindset work, but because it holds such importance, I like to hone in on money as an area of its own. Every client I work with wants to make more money, but each of them is struggling to do so for different reasons. I like to get really specific about what obstacles they need to overcome cognitively and ensure I help them to rewrite their money story and put practical plans in place to make wealthy their new normal. This includes teaching them how to surround themselves with abundance, by saying yes to all the things they want to experience. As well as this, I show my clients how to put profit first. 4. Marketing and Sales
Which leads me to my next point… in order to make the kind of money you wish for, you need to know how to sell, so I also take my clients through sales psychology, and teach them everything they need to know to sell successfully. To get anyone to buy from you, you need to have a really solid marketing plan, so we’ll work with your offer to see how best to market it. And before that? It’s essential that you have a strong message backing up everything you do—so we’ll dive deep into the ‘why’ of your business and exactly who you help so you can ensure you’re connecting with them in a way that makes them want to invest.
It goes without saying that, along with the above, we’ll be getting really strategic about every area of your business. Did you know that 60% of new businesses fail within the first 3 years? Another area I like to really shine the spotlight on is operations. Within this bracket, I like to cover everything from setting up successful systems and processes to ensuring you’ve got the right team to support you and that you are leading them effectively. So many of the business owners I work with have got their vision nailed and are succeeding on the outside, but when I look in the back end of their business—I see that their way of working just isn’t sustainable. Having your operations nailed will help you to build a business that runs smoothly and doesn’t drain your time, energy, or money—meaning you can live the life of luxury you deserve.
7. Relationship Building
If you know anything about me by now, you’ll know that I love nothing more than a networking event. But that’s not just because I like to indulge in champagne and chit-chat in opulent locations (though I do!). It’s also because I’m aware of the power these (in-person or virtual) events hold when it comes to upleveling both personally and professionally. Being an entrepreneur isn’t an easy road to take, and it’s important when you do embark on the journey of owning and running a business that you’re surrounded by people who understand and are able to support you—but it’s not enough to just get a foot in the door or a seat at the table. 8. High Performance and Productivity
